Owner/Trainer

Alison Famiglietti

Alison Famiglietti grew up in a small town in Nova Scotia, where her passion for horses began in her own backyard. With the support of her family—her mother driving her to Pony Club events and her father building a barn and jump course—Alison developed the strong foundation that shaped her career.
What started as childhood enthusiasm has grown into a successful dressage training business built on dedication, hard work, and high-performance goals. Alison has trained through the Grand Prix level, guided numerous students to achieve their own milestones, and matched many riders with their ideal equine partners. She is equally committed to helping children discover the basics of riding as she is to supporting professionals with international ambitions. Known for her supportive approach and passion for the sport, Alison continues to strive toward the top levels of dressage while fostering an environment where both horses and riders can thrive.

about us

From a small town in Nova Scotia to the rolling hills of Northwest Connecticut, my journey with horses began in the backyard. Pony Club was where it all started—my mom driving my sister and I to events and testings, my dad building a barn and jump course to support my dreams. What began as a childhood passion quickly grew into a lifelong commitment.

Over the years, that backyard start has developed into a successful business with high-performance goals at its core. I’ve dedicated myself to the hard work, discipline, and artistry of dressage, and I’m committed to reaching the top of the sport. More importantly, I strive to share that dedication with my students and clients, helping them achieve their own goals while fostering a love of the journey.
